Introduction

Procedure to Apply for LESCO New Connection
The Government of Pakistan has introduced the user-friendly web-portal Electricity New Connections (ENC) to apply for new connections, where you can apply for new connections from anywhere in the country. The step by step procedure to apply for LESCO new connection is as-follows;
- Visit ENC official website (https://enc.com.pk), Online Application form will appear.
- Select “Apply” from the menu, and a new page is opened.
- Here you see 4 Fields; Select “LESCO” in the Distribution Company, “Sub-Division” where you are considering applying for an electricity meter, required Category Type of meter, and the reference number of any of your neighbors.
- Now a detailed form is displayed on the screen, now fill all the required fields.
Required Documents for New Connection LESCO
Detailed list of required documents that you have to upload on web-portal for applying for LESCO new meter is as-follows;
- Property Document Copy
- Attested CNIC Copy of Applicant
- Attested CNIC Copy of Witness
- Neighbour Electricity Bill Copy
- Wiring Contractor`s Test Report
One thing to keep in mind: file size should not be more than 300KB.
After submitting the application you will get the tracking id to track your application of LESCO New Connection, and download your application.
Note:
WAPDA focal personnel will conduct a verification process of the information and documents you have submitted. This may entail a personal visit to verify your address and other pertinent credentials.
Demand Notice
After completion of verification process, you can print your demand notice with following some simple steps;
- Visit ENC official website.
- Select “Print DN”.
- Select application type (New Connection or Change of name/tariff/load).
- Now you have to put in your “Tracking ID” and download the demand notice.
- Pay it on any bank branch then upload it again on ENC website’s “Upload DN” section.
