E-Kachehri For LESCO Customers

In the light of the directives of the Prime Minister of Pakistan and the Ministry of Energy, the LESCO management has decided to organize an electronic meeting every month at the level of the chief executive and at the level of the operations manager, In which users can sit in their home or office and easily address the problems related to electricity to the relevant authorities and thus it will be possible to solve the complaints without coming to the offices. In this regard, we have planned to use social media and have created contact pages of LESCO officials on Facebook in this regard, On which an electronic court will be organized on a regular monthly basis. Respected users of LESCO are requested to regularly visit the Facebook page of the concerned officer according to their area and And stay informed about the latest policies and public grievance redressal measures. We welcome the active participation of users in the E-Kachehri.
